Has anyone else noticed that the forum is showing !!!8217;t instead of 't in some posts??

It's driving me batty!! :cool:

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple :D

    It's not just this forum but I've been seeing this elsewhere including Google searches. What browser are you using?

    Yandex these days, with a sprinkle of FireFox and Opera v12.17 when I feel like it :)

    I was thinking along the lines of possibly a mobile app/different browser causing it, hence asking if others were seeing it....maybe something in the Chromium core code??

    Is it you getting it in your posts, or just you seeing it in other people's posts?

    Apparently it's some setting on iThing devices.

    I saw one reply that stated it was "automatic punctuation on Apple devices"

    Yep I went into the settngs and !!!8216;fixed!!!8217; mine. Only showed up when posted and not in preview.

    Only did ipad not phone. Will do it now. (Turn off smart punctuation)
