Looking for some advice!

Afternoon All, I'm looking for some advice. I know I have previously paid PPI and Bank Charges to both my previous Bank and Credit Card company, however this was well over 5 years ago, and i no longer have the records (bank details, loan details, addresses etc). What options if any are open to me? I have thought about using a reclaim company, but I'm not sure how trustworthy they are, let along the fees they charge. Please advise. Many Thanks

Only use a reclaim company if you are unable to buy a stamp, or do not know anyone who could buy one for you.
If you believe you were mis sold PPI by a lender, you send you complaint to them. If your memory needs a jog, your credit file will show accounts you've had in the last 6 years.0 -
Thanks, I hadn't thought about my Credit File0

Since 2009, Bank charges have not been "reclaimable" unless you are in the bank definition of Financial Hardship.annjwright wrote: »Thanks, I hadn't thought about my Credit File
