Packaged bank account - historical Lloyds account

Hi,

Has anyone tried claiming for a packaged bank account when they didn't have a record of the account number? From looking at the MSE guide I fit the criteria for mis-selling, but I closed my account some years ago and no longer have the account number. I just spoke to Lloyds and whilst they can find me on their system and I pass security by answering the security questions correctly, they won't provide me with the account number or type of account it was.

Go to the website - search for the PPI section - download the forms - fill them in and send them off.
Then wait for a reply - job done!
