    Send one more letter advising them of your address for service of legal documents. Advise them you do not accept service by way of email and leave it at that.

    debtdebt I have already received the same letter via royal mail last friday.

    It means "don't". But this forum software mangles punctuation marks from certain Apple devices.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

    Nothing didn't hear anything from them..

    But I'm sure if I go back asking for the refund for the difference in amount for the windscreen damage, they will start all over again....:(:o
