Hi new at this..i took some loans out with Natwest back in 1983 till 2004 i wrote to them re ppi and was told i have had 6 loans with them but no ppi was charged ,so i started in the loft and so far have found two loan agreements with ppi on them one in 1989 and the second in 1991 sent them of to natwest twice with copies and letters recorded delivery and they keek saying they are having trouble locating them and each time i contact them they say we have escalated it to a higher complaint and they tell me to go to the ombudsman BUT they know they will only go back 6 yrs what do i do now i am still looking for the other paperwork.The amount of charge one at £665.00 and at £1338.00.

If you don't believe them, you could try a SAR.
But they almost certainly don't have any files left after this time.0 -
the papers they say they can not locate are my papers i am sending in to them they get log in at the post room then no trace of them.ALSO WHAT IS A SAR.THANKS0
