no idea why you are worried about a CCJ

if you lost in court, you just pay up, IN FULL (as martin says) within one month , so ASAP and there is no CCJ and your credit rating remains intact , no issues at all

you are worrying about something that cannot happen AS LONG AS YOU PAID IN FULL, PROMPTLY (if you lost in court)

the world may end tomorrow and it wont matter at all, but I would suggest that you do not worry about the world at this time as when we both wake up tomorrow it will still be here

stick to the facts, if you do receive an MCOL and you submit a suitable defence, CEL will discontinue at some point and it is extremely unlikely to actually get to a court in front of a judge

its like worrying about the last hurdle in the GRAND NATIONAL when you havent even heard the starters pistol yet , and even then both you and CEL have to get over Beechers Brook

We already told you what will happen, and when you will win it.

There will be no effect on your credit rating and the case will discontinue.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.
