QA Hospital PCN

Hi everyone, I was looking to see if anyone could give me some advice on what to do with this notice. I've read through the newbie stuff but it seems like my case is a bit unique
I received two on two consecutive days for the same offence (the car wasnt moved in between) in the staff car park in QA hospital. Its an offence that people get regularly ticketed for as there isnt enough space in the car park so people park in odd places. I would say at least a few people a week get ticketed for the same offence
Basically I went to Carrilions office and they told me to file an appeal with the company (PCP enforcement Agency) Which required me to state I was the driver before I could send it off. It was rejected, so I went back to the carrilion office and they said they would ask for the PCN to be removed. However, I've just received a notice to keeper to my address and am not sure what I should be doing?
Would it be worth going back to the Carrilion office (if its still there) to see if I could get them to explain? Or should I just deal directly with the parking company now, or should I just ignore it?
