Their deadline to send a NtK after a ntd is 29-56 days. Wait until that period expires, if you can.

So you appealed as lessee a bit soon, should have been on day 26, getting you halfway to the 56th day, when they would be timed out to send a Notice to Keeper/Hirer.

Never mind, at least you appealed as lessee/hirer, and can continue in the same way.

What's wrong with simply searching this forum for POPLA hirer and finding threads like the one written just last week by the poster called Hospickle parking? Saves us repeating ourselves ad infinitum, when Newbies learn how the search function works!

Why do people talk in riddles on here? I have been searching but I lease a vehicle i don't hire. Thats what I have been searching.

The Newbies thread is ok but not all the info is there, it doesn't matter how much you push people to read it.

I requested all of the photos taken as evidence & they only sent me two photos of the car in the carpark.

Should they also send photos of any of the signs around the carpark?

Why do I 'make' people do their own searches, find info but I never provide a link?

Not to annoy anyone, but so that all newbies can use the forum to their very best advantage, in case they need to research again later when we are busy. This forum is overloaded, so self-help and searching is vital.

You'll realise the forum is great, with a wealth of already-written stuff here, and half the time there's no need for a thread, people quite often read stuff, search, copy, and win at POPLA without posting until afterwards.
