How do I find out who and what I owe?

Hi everyone, I’m in a real pickle and am desperately trying to get myself sorted. I have lots of different debts but don’t remember who I owe and how much. I’ve done a credit score thingy through noddle but I’m aware that there are at least two missing from there (that I vagulely remember and have had sent letters about) so I’m concerned that it might not be accurate. Is there a better way to find this out?
Thanks in advance people

Don't do the credit score thingy. Do the credit file thingy.
Check your credit files via Noddle, Experian (MSE Credit Club) and Clearscore (Equifax).
That will show you active accounts. Anything defaulted more than 6 years won't be on there, but would still be enforceable if you have acknowledged them in the last 6 years.0 -
Get your report from the other 2 agencies, either the lenders report to 1 of the other 2 agencies or the debts are no longer relevant.0
