  • That's !!!291;reat well done vinceman. I sent a claim as well and hoping for the best. Was it an offer or a full settlement?

    Well done again.
  • HELP!!!!
in approximately 2004/5 I had a £1500 overdraft with lloyds, I went over this and was charged £30 ish a month interest to a point where my charges calculated to a staggering £3000 pounds combined that I had to pay back over several years..
I paid off every penny over the last 6 years along with there loan and credit card I also had and I am know 100% debt free and now own my own home.
My question is there any chance I might be able to reclaim the £1500 overdraft charges I had to pay????

    Any Information would be fantastic.

    No.

The banks won the charges case in 2009.

This thread title is a bit misleading as its not referring to bank charges in the sense you mean but to packaged bank account fees.
