We’re all in a tizz over the opening of Fazenda on George Street – and two lucky i-on readers can be among the first to sample their wares at an exclusive preview night on 21 February 2018.
Inspired by the authentic churrascarias of Brazil where beef is slowly grilled over hot coals and then carved at the table, Fazenda offers a continuous tableside service of chicken and lamb, pork and beef prime cuts alongside a gourmet side bar, all for a set price. Diners eat at their own pace, with a start/stop signalling system on every table – green tells the chefs to bring out skewers of exceptionally well-cooked meats one by one, while red indicates a resting point – allowing you to take your time and enjoy your meal.
Prize is valid for 21 February 2018, table is booked for two people at 9pm, wine not included.
