Damp patch on exterior wall of my flat

Hi
I've noticed a rather large damp patch on the exterior wall of my flat. It changes in size but it is there persistently - nothing to do with the weather
It appears to be coming from upstair's overflow pipe but I'm not sure as it spreads out quite wide
No sign of damp inside
What do you think?
