It's made me change mine - so if I vanish into the ether, it's because I've forgotten what I changed it to. :D

Mr LW made the mistake of sitting on his backside doing nowt; so he now has a duster in his hot little paw and has been dispatched to the spare room. :D

I didn't change it.. I put the new password the same as the old one and it worked fine.

    Evening folks

I've read that before LW and enough sleep is soo important for our whole systems. It doesn't seem to matter whether it's taken in naps, a siesta or just one long night - but consistency seems to be important as well.

Been forced to change my password - then logged on and changed it back double-quick before I forgot the new one :rotfl:

Sorry been MIA but our tv signal was down and had to use lappy so DH could watch programmes via l-o-n-g cable. Now all fixed thank goodness.

All general duties and listies done for the week and now onto paperwork again. Should see the end of filing this weekend at least.

Hugs and gws vibes for all the poorlies and spoons and sticks if you need some
Hope you all have a super Saturday

Actually... Long naps have been shown to increase the chances of developing or having undiagnosed Type 2 Diabetes.. or sleep apnoea which can be related to a whole host of undiagnosed illnessess and everyone should seek medical advice if they are having long naps

"Their research found there was a link between long daytime naps of more than 60 minutes and a 45% increased risk of type-2 diabetes, compared with no daytime napping - but there was no link with naps of less than 40 minutes. " University of Tokyo

I didn't even pick a different one, I just typed my normal password in and it was accepted without issue.

I need to pack socks for the girls and myself.

My hysterical stomach is off on one again.. it has been good for a while with only one very small wibble, but it is now killing me. So, Rice? carrot/swede mash? Quorn pieces (which I ate 3 days ago too) ?? ... My bet is on the rice.

Morning all. I expect everyone is getting that extra sleep that LW recommends, haha.

I wish I'd seen Piggers post before changing my password. Have only this week bought a new address book to put all passwords in to make them easier to find than in the little book I currently have.

My list today is short but the tasks are time consuming -

    Dye hair (doing this now)
    Walk dogs
    Decorating

    Have a great day everyone.

    Morning all,
If only I had been able to log in to read Pigger's post as well, Jazee! Oh well, password changed and I finally found the thread again without getting (too) distracted.

Feeling bleurgh again this morning, but hoping that it is Februaryitis, and not the lingering stomach bug. On the plus side, the boomarang lbs have shifted again, making the total slinky loss 5lbs. Certain they will be back on again next week.

This weekend I really need to catch up on some of the jobs that got neglected last week. This morning I must first of all:
    Clear ironing pile
    Fill the bird feeders
Rescue the onion sets that were delivered from the damp garage where DH left them
    Do a washing shuffle
Sort the fridge - 2 poorlies in the house has meant left overs hanging about that need sorting.

Starting with the ironing and I'll see how I go before I have to take DD to the stables. Catch you later.

Well done Donna on the shop, and Fayolle on the weight loss. I have put on 1lb since the new year. Can't even be bother to update my siggy.

I have dyed my hair and I'm really pleased with the result. The silver streaks have gone. I've also washed up the breakfast dishes.

It's now pouring with rain here, so I'm going to plough on with the decorating and will walk the dogs later.
