    hello Yasmine

If you are looking for a care agency it's well worth looking at the cqc website to see the report of the agency.

If you have a local support group either for your specific condition or in general try asking there for recommendations.

We have a county centre for independent living and they hole a database of people looking for PA's and PA's looking for people.. so it is also worth asking social services if your area has a list somewhere.

I employ my own team of PA's and advertised using the county register, local facebook (anonymously) and gumtree (there is a cost but this worked best). I did try the job centre but the majority of people who made contact did not respond to follow up.

I hope you find someone soon
