Back in 2011 I had a small business and used Sage accounting software. I have various back ups in .srd but am wondering if anyone knows how to open them now?

Don't think they're backup files, they appear to be Sage report files.
A Sage Backup IIRC is usually named as a .001 file, as documented here:
