Android TV box recommendations

Options
Folks :-
Does anyone please have a recommendation for an android TV box that can run the following?

Viewing
BT Sport
Now TV
Catch-up services (iplayer, all4 etc.)
Virgin TV anywhere
Kodi / XMBC
Amazon and Netflix would be nice, but not essential

Gaming
Moonlight
RetroArch

Thanks

Kevin

Thats basically going to depend upon installing the apps for the above .
Your BT Sport account should work .
Any Android box will run Kodi .

Thanks for the reply, I haven't tried getting an android box to do everything I wanted for a couple of years.

At the time I could not get moonlight to work on the android box chipset ( it was a known problem), now TV would not work by design at high Res and some catch up apps wouldn't work on the rooted TV box.

    Have things moved on?

Most boxes will meet your needs, but its where you purchase the box from that counts.
Only consider companies that will give you UK support and firmware upgrades if required. Try getting that from China.
Check these 2 UK companies,Droidbox and Entertainment box.

You really need to research each app Im afraid.
I have an Nvidia Shield box,a (in Android box terms) high end box yet for example the Virgin Go app isnt compatible (dont get me started on VM and app compatibility).
The likes of Amazon is compatible and works well provididng nece 4K content.

I had an M8S box when they came out, never run well, nearly always buffering, reduced the programmes to free up memory, still buffered
started using old Zgemma H1 box with same internet runs almost buffer free
my internet is 20mg, so should be buffer free

Yep - that's sort of the point I'm making in that it used to be a case of suck it and see. I was hoping someone had made the investment of time and money and had done this already.

    Thanks
