Hello,
So I've been helping my partner sell a few things online. You may or may not know we have one shop dedicated to nerdy items (superheroes, board games etc). I have been boosting posts on Facebook linking to items she has been selling online. Within this boost is the ability to make your targeted audience very precise.
This gave me an idea. There is a small local business that sells a lot of the same thing, and I thought it would be fun to compete. We have, for example, some plastic card protector sleeves which we are able to sell a bit cheaper than this shop. So, I went onto the Facebook page for her shop, created a post detailing and linking back to the online listing. I was in the process of boosting it with the idea of putting the targeted location as the shop, so the next time anyone that liked that shop, and presumably buys from it, logs onto Facebook, they'd see the add and we'd steal the purchase they may have otherwise made at that shop. HOWEVER, I don't seem to be able to target by shop. Is there any way around this, or another way to expose my partner's cheaper items to this shop's customers? I know I could put the targeted demographics to 'males 18-40 [relevant town], interests: magic the gathering' but is there a way that I could very specifically target the customers?
Thanks!

Hello, forgotmyname!
Thank you for the response. I have been using Facebook ads, a lot. And in each ad I take advantage of audience targeting. But as I said. I cannot target people that like the specific shop's page. The closest I could get would be to place the ad to appear to people in the same town, age group and with interests the shop caters to0
