Garden Office questions

I'm thinking about getting a garden office, but worried about damp and security. Even with heaters, would it be cold and damp in the British winter? Also can burglars easily kick down the wooden walls?

The overstuffed shed model is indeed a fragile structure. The altogether more robust things with insulation, double glazing etc are more secure and have the capability of far more features, but then plumbing cabling & insuring all become bigger ticket items too.
If you really take it seriously, you may want to consider planning permission, separate access etc and then bill your business for office rental?
If frankly hinges on how may hours a year you intend to spend there. As a space to work in, lovely - as a space to leave laptop, papers etc - you may need to plan it out a bit more.0
