PES has very few club licenses so some clubs are known by different names, especially non city named teams e.g. Arsenal = North London, Everton = Merseyside Blue. You can faff about and change the names but it is a real faff. A lot of the players have their names changed too. I'd suggest Fifa 16 or 17, although the last good version of Fifa was 14 (imo). The menu's and appearance are better in Fifa although the action is probably slightly better in PES - not much in it though.

I remember an old 90s football game I had, possibly on the original play station didn't have the player or club licenses, one club was called something like Manchester Devils & had Ryan Griggs!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
