Annoyed with E-on
So received latest bill from E-on which-it shows I could save £70 by switching Tarrifs. The bill was dated 31/Jan 2018.
Went online the next day to search for the tarrif ;go on line one 1year v6 but couldn't find it. Telephone call to them only to find that the cheaper tarrif closed at midnight 31Jan..
Bad luck I suppose every Tarrif will have a closure date but what I find really annoying is on using their online tool to search for my best deal about 1 week ago this cheaper deal did not come up. I forgot to ask when I phoned when the new cheaper tariff started but I would be surprised if it only lasted 1 week.

A week is a long time in the world of tariffs. It will have a limited takeup target and once that is reached it will be withdrawn.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

I'm sorry that you're unhappy with us, I can understand why.
The Go Online V6 tariff came out on the 11th January and as you say it has now closed and we've launched the Version 7.
These Go Online tariffs are only [FONT="]available[/FONT] through our online channels and broker sites.
As Robin9 has said, things do move pretty fast.
