In the process of making a complaint for an Egg card that held PPI my husband has had a response that states something completely incorrect. They advise that they "despite flaws in their sales process they do not consider this a failing as my husband stated he would not have received any sickness/redundancy benefits when he completed the questionnaire", which is an absolute lie on their part, as he categorically stated that he would have indeed received 6 months full pay and 6 months half pay plus redundancy if that arose, and stated this on his complaint.
My question is, how can we address this to make them look again at the case based on the correct information?
Thanks
