Driveway amendments

Hi guys Ive got a driveway done couple years back, but it needs amending. basically theres a small wall dividing the pathway to the front door. I need to knockdown couple of the wall sections/slabs so that its easy to park 3 cars.
Do i need planning permission for this.

Second, is the existing parking area one which was subject to any conditions imposed as part of a previous planning consent?
