Driveway amendments

Hi guys Ive got a driveway done couple years back, but it needs amending. basically theres a small wall dividing the pathway to the front door. I need to knockdown couple of the wall sections/slabs so that its easy to park 3 cars.

Do i need planning permission for this.

It depends. Are you in an conservation area, subject to an Article 4 direction or living in a listed building?

Second, is the existing parking area one which was subject to any conditions imposed as part of a previous planning consent?

Third, will you be increasing the impermeable area of the driveway, or just removing a wall between existing impermeable areas at the same level?
