This is the form I had to fill in with a note on the front saying can you please fill in your partners details please0 -
What did you put as "his address" in the top box on his side of the form?
And in the box underneath "contact" on his side of the form?
If you left his side of the form blank you have indicated he lives with you.
Advice still stands...phone up and discuss, set the record straight,
OR do another form ... get a form from jobcentre and have it scanned from jobcentre to the IS. With covering letter to explain why you are doing it again...0
