Dont get me wrong the prices are good but thats about all. I order off them in March 07 for conservatory wall & base. Was told delivery would take a month. would never recommend this company in a million years!!!!
finally had wall and base in July after trading standards whom he is well know to by the way, surprise surprise, got in touch with him.
Once he has your money forget it, no answer to phone calls or emails.You even get your recorded delivery mail sent back to you cos he cant be botherd to pick it up. This proves how he runs his company!!!! Cheeky thing even said he would offer me compansation once I receive my conservatory. Well 7 months later I am still waiting :mad:

Has anyone else out ther had the same problem with this company ? I would be very intrested to hear from you if you have, you may also be intrested in this

I have had email today, Company has ceased to trade, Doesnt help me, where has my money gone .

Cant believe you have let this go on so long get him took to small claims court i am in the process of doing this will cost you £80 But the court won t take the bulls**t excuses from him why hes still in buisness, he is giving me the run a round a the momment and i have given him 14 days to refund the money or provide the conservatory top then if after this time no joy he will be contacted by the court.
The last thing a buisness need against them if they want to continue running is a CCJ. Also i have emailed WATCHDOG and contacted WALES trading standards.

Hi, we have also ordered a conservatory and steel base from this company and although we received the base, like you we received the email stating that they have gone out of business. We have also contacted Trading standards, Watchdog and companies house and given him 14 days to reply/reimburse as instructed by companies house. We cant believe that this guy is allowed to continue to trade and we are now stuck with a base and no way of financing a conservatory. The money for this was given to us as a gift from OH's mum and our credit rating is pretty much zero so no chance of a loan, not that we would want one, but we are pretty much stuffed. Good luck to Dragon 1 in the small claims court.

I too ordered from this company and have experienced exactly the same problems ie: base received but no conservatory and impossible to contact
this Ray Ogden. Trying to get money refunded by small claims court and realise that he has got outstanding judgements against him dating back to 2005 Will contact Watchdog about this guy like others are trying to do because he cannot be allowed to continue with this scam. He has caused us considerable hardship in that I put the base up and somehow have to afford another conservatory . I wish I had never heard of ROC

i too paid £4700 for a conser and base but not recived took to court sent in belifts but have to wait now for recives to go in this was my life savings aswell

I too had the same problem with this Guy! Does anyone know any details (address etc) for the receiver looking after the bankruptcy?
I found out today that he had all his equipment at the factory seized by the receivers before Christmas.

I am still waiting for judgement by my local court as he entered a defence statement (he just buying him self time) he is Bull SH**ing all of us though this site appeared a month after he sent me the letter about going in to liqidation

EVERY DOG HAS HIS DAY :rolleyes: !! and at some point i will get some satisfaction even if i do not get my £2500 back :A

Hi ,

Some good news for me , Court passed judgement on his defence and it will we struck out with no hearing. In short he will now be ordered by the court to pay me £2849.00. I am not expecting him to pay it but i will keep going to the end .

I have tried ringing the number from the site a few times, guess what answering machine. Some things never change. The web site states under new management. Who the hell would believe that. I am on the war path now, how dare this so called Ray Ogden rip anymore people off :exclamati :exclamati :exclamati


I checked companies house & the company is still active I will see if I can get anymore information.
