hello-quick question for compers

My first win came after about three weeks but I think, like a lot of people, I was quite unrealistic to begin with. I felt like I'd entered so many, although it probably wasn't that many at all, and I was aware of when things were ending and was half expecting phone calls/emails etc all the time. I'm just coming up to two years in a couple of days and now I don't expect anything, although I do have a sort of in built body clock that tells me when it's been longer than normal between wins! The way to view it, as many others have said over the years, is that it is amazing if you win and and a bit of fun if you don't. Keep enjoying it and you'll be fine.

I won far more in the 'good ol' days'. Way too many people doing them now. I win something small prob every 1,500-2k-ish comps entered.
