New NTL/Virgin Media Bills F.I.B or not F.I.B

New NTL/Virgin Media Bills...................

Have you just had you new bill well take a look at it because if you are paying for Fully Itemised Billing (F.I.B) you are not getting it .

Here is why , V M seem to think its customers don't want all the information well if you are on a Call package that information is good to have , more on that.

To me and many of you out there F.I.B should mean F.I.B ie all calls , but any calls that are made while you are in your call package time like evening and weekend will no longer show on your bill . So everyone that is on a call package have you ever worked out if what you are paying for up front is worth it , well before you could work it out , but not now, no way as that information is not available any more it wont be there , Ummmmmmm smell a rat lets not give the customer that information ( Shame on you NTL/V M) .

Could this be a trading standards issue who knows , maybe some one will take it an run with it .I hope so.

Something else that's wrong on the bill is the time it states the calls were made , its saying while one is in the land of nod calls are being made like 02.33 , 01.50, 03.25, really I think not , and customer services don't seem to know anything . but then what did I expect it is V. M we are dealing with here, so all you customers that are not happy with there bill get those fingers working on 150. O and something else on Nov 1st the connection charge for a call goes up to 7p .

  • The lack of fully itemised billing was one factor in our decision to cancel the landline. We'd had FIB with Telewest but lost that facility after the merge. :(
