  • Does the gym own the car park?
No they don't. The gym is actually on the ground floor of some apartment blocks, so they are renting the space and I don't even think the company that own the apartments own the car park either.

Parking has been a real issue at the gym, I know I'm not the only one to fall victim to Parking and Property Management.

Regarding management, its changed recently as have a lot of the employees, their stance is "t[he]y had no knowledge of this fake parking ticket scam an employee was running." I have no way of proofing it myself. I can't even contact that old PT.

It's key who owns the car park - you need to try and find this out. You can do basic Land Registry searches online for about £1.50 or something.
