I appealed a UKPC parking ticket for "not parking properly within lines" at a work place - driver was not identified. Appeal was rejected by UKPC and I have now had a Debt Collection Agency letter as the Keeper of the vehicle. Cost has gone up from £40 to now £140.
What do I do now?
