PPI Carges

Hi
Please forgive me if this is in the place but I'm newbie
Please move to rellivant place if needed
I asked on Martins site about claiming PPI, within minutes I received a call from Stanton Fisher claims specialists who would do a free PPI check. I asked if they were with MSE and they said yes so I went ahead with the free check for myself and my wife and filled in the necessary forms. They have contacted us both saying that they found that we are entitled to PPI from one of the lenders that we are claiming against, there are still a couple of lenders oustanding, but they can only tell us who with not how much.
Now hear come the catch, they will charge us 36% of the final amount if we let them do all the work for us. I find this unfair especially as we have gone through MSE. I'm on the understanding that they can also send us all the information they've gathered and give it to us so we can finish things off.
My wife doesn't want the hassle of going forward herself so she has told them to go ahead.
She has just received forms to fill in from a PPI Register, not sure if they are the same company. She hasn't signed anything yet and I'm beginning to think about.
I would appreciate your advice on this.
Thanks
Richard

Never agree to anything from a cold caller.
They lied.
No you havent. MSE does not use any CMC.
A CMC is more hassle than doing it yourself. Unless you have difficulty putting a stamp on an envelope, the process is very easy and straightforward.
It is no wonder she gets missold. Acts on cold calls. Doesnt know who she is dealing with. Accepts lies on cold calls as being fact.
If the forms are not returned, the contract cannot start. The rules require a wet signature. If they dont have one, they cant take anything.
Yes she probably has
I am thinking of doing it myself so I have looked at the Reolver link on this site.
It seems to only ask for one lender, I have three lenders so how do I go about having them all
on Resolver. Will I have to do each one separately.
Richard
But why not go direct, rather than using yet another third party?
They just forward your complaint on, occasionally losing it in the process.
