I wouldn't paint fences, it's a pain in the backside to keep repainting when they start looking a bit tatty, which seems to happen more frequently than with woodstain.
I do have a beautiful blue shed though (similar to the forget-me-not colour) painted originally because my daughter loved 'Bear in the big blue house' (children's tv) but have maintained the colour because I love it :)
Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end

my rear fence is that colour and it looks great, we thought the blues looked a bit bright and Mediterranean.

Pick a popular one which the manufacturers are unlikely to stop making. It's a pain in the !!!! trying to find something to repaint when a colour goes out of fashion.

We painted a newish fence Cuprinol Muted Clay a couple of years ago. Has stood the test of time much better than we were expecting and is a lovely silverish grey.

In a small garden I'd go for a light colour.

ETA it can help working out the popular ones by finding out which colours they do in large sizes.

One of the neighbours has painted their shed something similar to that green and it looks very nice. Another has painted theirs a yellow and looks great too. Makes our red cedar painted shed look a bit old-fashioned.

For fences, I'd go with the green so it "blends in" a bit more. Not sure blue would suit it.

EDIT: Just seen the garden. The green would look very nice IMO. The blue might stand out too much.

I love the first blue but think the green would probably look better.

Then I would head towards lighter colours, more structured specimen plants like phormium or Mediterranean palms like chamaerops look stunning set against a dark background to make the different greens or variegated colours pop.
Think of your garden the same as any room in your home, what style and feel do you want to create a hot bold and energetic for socialising, or cool delicate and relaxing to unwind.
Do you like more formal planting arrangements or more cottage flow.
This may seems daft but gardening isn't cheap so plan it out the same as any other room in your house.

We've painted all our fences white - looks amazing, everywhere is brighter (even notice the difference inside the house) and all the plants stand out against the white.

I would go for the green or darker blue. The light blue would not do your garden any aesthetic favours.
