Hey all,
I have been active on this board for a few days and thought you would like this news about Nissan. I've been looking at their batterys for a bit bit interested in what they can do with the solar.

I've gone for a Tesla Powerwall 2 and Zappi EV charger to go along with the panels we've got that also has an immersion water heater diverter. The mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.

This has been around for a while it's a route to reuse the car batteries that have to much degradation for auto use.
DIY powerwall people are cutting out the middle man and buying crashed cars for the packs.
I on the lookout myself0 -
I think it was 5k for the panels and the battery but the solar system was tiny. Like a 1.4 kWh size. So it would only be good if you could get more panels.
Ard123en that sounds interesting how are people hooking the batterys from the car up?

I've gone more traditional using old 18650 batteries from laptops0 -
