elderly mum with dementia: which pension credit?

My mum is over 80, and she has dementia.
I am her only son and her carer, and I try and find ways to save her/us money via haggling over bills etc (something I have had to learn last few years.
I am very confused trying to understand the pension extras she may be entitled to. I think they are pension credit, guarantee credit or savings credit?
Now, she has savings of over £50 grand which I think cancels out the first two?:(
But is it so that she could still apply for Savings Credit? And if so how much would it be?
She gets Attendance Allowance -which isn't means tested
And has the State pension.
She is sitting tenant in a private rented house and the last landlords recently sold it and the new landlords want to put rent up to over £50
I am contesting this with the Valuation Officer, but I am also looking at ways to find out all the entitlements she needs. My mum worked all her life as a hairstylist, hardly ever taking the day off apart from holidays of cours, and shorter working week later in life, all the way through her 70s, and very early 80s, and so deserves all the help she can get bless her.

Savings credit and guarantee make up Pension Credit. There are only two elements to it.0
