How much stuff can two people need?
In my case its less about "two people" and "need" and more about "one wife" and "want".
by the time I'd surrendered on the special serving wear for Christmas, the war was already over, and I had taken a resounding beating.0 -
We are looking to move from our 2 bed flat and have very similar size bedrooms to those described. We are fine with them, as gives enough space for wardrobes, chest of drawers etc. But we would love to have 3rd bedroom as an office. We have guests staying with us for week or 2 at least once per year - and than we have issue, as my computer is in second bedroom and I use it most of the evening. So additional office gives that freedom.
Same as you trouble with storage, suitcases are under the bed, there is always problem where to put mop with a bucket and no storage at all for any decorating items, tools etc. So yes storage is important.
I was raised in very small flat till my late teens, 2 rooms, 1 kitchen 1 bathroom and 5 of us, at the time I didn't know any better and was fine. Till I moved out and had similar flat but for just 2 people. You need space !
We hope our next home will last us for at least 10-15 years or longer - so we need to be sure we will like it after 5 years.0
