Cancelled my phone contract in Nov but they kept taking the DD. Made a complaint and they told me they had no record of me requesting to cancel :mad: Thankfully I had done it via live chat and kept a copy of the transcript. Another strongly worded complaint submitted and they are refunding £12.81 plus £30 'goodwill gesture'. Just checked bank account and it pending to go in tomorrow.

Received the cheque for the real life auction I entered some lots into in January. Didn't expect to be paid so fast. I sent off a lot of books to Ziffit and WBB today. Miraculously they wanted them, I've not had much luck before. Fingers crossed that they'll accept them all, can't see any reason why they shouldn't.


Will add all this lot to my total when money is actually in my bank account. February is turning out better than I expected:j

Great news re the cheque and that it seems to have motivated your OH to continue with the declutter

Feeling a bit "Cant be ar*ed" with money making myself at the minute.

Been really busy at work and we seem to be carrying one particular member of the team which makes it hard work. The powers that be know about the issues but nothing seems to be getting done. It cant go on. :mad:

Cant seem to get games on swagbucks to work......says cant find plug in or some such piffle and I dont know how to put it right.

Think I need a few days off money making as well till I get my oomph back.

Not a bad day today. Had a dodgy meal at Bella Italia a few weeks ago and emailed to complain. They send me a £10 good will voucher today
