Praise when praise is due, we have annual holiday insurance through our Co-Op bank account which is done with Axa. We have had a to cancel an upcoming holiday to Cuba and they have paid out within 2 weeks of the claim being submitted. I rang them a couple of times to make sure I was submitting the right information and on every contact the phone was answered promptly and the staff were really helpful.
We have also claimed for illness a couple of times in the past and claims have also been handled promptly.
Really good to be dealt with in this way during what has been a really stressful time at home and can't recommend them enough.
