Help with onthebeach.co.uk please!

Does anyone have advice or experience of dealing with onthebeach.co.uk? I have never felt so frustrated in my life. They are all acting really dumb and are pretending not to understand/acknowledge that they have overcharged me. All their responses to my emails are from different people. If at least one person took the time to read the entire thread on my booking, they would be able to help. Is this what they do until you just give up? I feel so ripped off but seem to have no rights..

OTB have a pretty poor reputation for Customer Service.
But I agree that more information is required for any useful advice to be offered.

Yes they do and it normally comes with a large banner saying Official Company Representative and words such as "this company has been granted...."

The last time you posted you asked 'Do companies need OK from MSE to post?'. I had no way of knowing what you did subsequently.

I was pretty sure companies did need OK but was on my phone and couldn't check properly.

But you could send your crystal ball in for repair.
