Help with onthebeach.co.uk please!

Does anyone have advice or experience of dealing with onthebeach.co.uk? I have never felt so frustrated in my life. They are all acting really dumb and are pretending not to understand/acknowledge that they have overcharged me. All their responses to my emails are from different people. If at least one person took the time to read the entire thread on my booking, they would be able to help. Is this what they do until you just give up? I feel so ripped off but seem to have no rights..
