Thank you everyone for your ideas , they all sound lovely I think I will have to have a fishy afternoon ( DH can pluck they eyes out and take of they heads!) cooking and freezing....fish in many guises!!x0 -
Nice problem to have- if fresh, I'd fry skin down with thyme and bay leaf, serve with lemon and greens.
Also on a bed of pasta verde with a cream sauce.
