Curious phone number - can anyone explain ?

Had a scam call today. When I did 1471 afterwards - I got the following number :
00349441484904265
I know that 00-34 is Spain, but the amount of digits in this number baffle me. I am pretty sure that the guy was calling from within the UK, so perhaps the digits signify some kind of call routing via goodness knows where.
Anyone know ?

It's merely a spoofed number that bears no resemblance to reality.
I sometime get calls from companies using my own home phone's area code ... however I know they are spoofed as they usually start with a digit that is not used for any number in my area code.0 -
Could be a mis-presented Huddersfield (01484) number operated by Localphone.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
