    2 UUs today :-

Clairol Root touch up kit. None left so will have to repurchase next month unless I see them on offer.

Jatrophia oil. From Haiti. Another left to use. Quite nice to use. Has no fragrance. Once this new one is gone I will have to use a Soap and Glory Gradual tan lotion as the other lotions I have match corresponding shower gels in my collection.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

VALM- I hate it when they discontinue my favourite products or worse replace it with a reformulated version, Dior's Miss Dior Cherie I am looking at you!
Have you tried the new Ambre? I know I have never been too impressed with the newer improved replacement products the beauty companies release:(

Oh my god, whenever I see 'new and improved' written on something whether it be food, drink or other stuff, my heart sinks because I often find 'improved' to mean 'changed for the worse', like when they changed BM drummers, suddenly they spurted out fat everywhere and were about half the size they used to be!

Yes I am still upset. :o

I have a small UU - Evoluderm Eau Micellaire Cleansing Cloths. Bought these from TK Maxx a while back when rushing to the gym as I needed something to clean my make-up. They were good enough and not too expensive. I, however, try to cut down on plastic consumption, therefore, will be limiting my usage of wet wipes as a result. They are only good if you cannot have any other option anyway. I have few packs of other wipes to go through too. WNBA.

Loved Opium back in the day. The new version is not the same perfume in the least.

NBIs but way too many sample sachets as I fell off the blagging wagon big time in the last couple of days.

I'm using a L'OCC Jasmine & Bergamot Grasse handcream at the moment. Lovely scent but not really moistourising enough for this weather.

Everything seems to get smaller, don't you think? Like Freddo frogs. They get smaller and cost more!!!

Their Shea handcream is always good this time of year but I'm converted now to B&BW. Once my weenie stash of handcream has gone I'll be looking for some on EBay.

  • in for another month. So January had a few ins - ive went for a complete hair change - red to blonde. Probabily not for that long its so much more upkeep lol. I had a whiteish look going but was going a bit brassy so went and bought blonde shampoo/conditioner . I also bought a deep conditioner and some white toner . I went for the John frieda range and it seems to do the trick on eliminating brassy looking hair.
Use ups- i binned a few items that had went bad

use ups for feb- toothpaste nearly done - i have a few more
couple of sprays and perfumes - i rotate around a few so they all seem to go in batches. still don't need to buy tho

Planned buys for year (but not yet!!) - foundation - on my last one, mascara - on my last one . hair dye- i don't stockpile this , i do have a few colours in cupboard but nothing major . sanitary towels but looking into eco so more cost efficient
£365 a year spend challenge - this has included food/clothes/beauty?? who knows where I am

Wipes are so bad for the environment, I stopped using them a long time ago now and just use a balm/cream and a hot cloth. I did only use them occasionaly in the first place though.

Boots stock the Moon Cup and I had a look at them the other day but didn't buy it, they are quite expensive but I would definitely have bought it if I was younger as it would pay for itself in no time.

Kadison - it was Kit Kats with me, they improved them and made the chocolate low fat, if I want low fat I will have a banana not a Kit Kat, the chocolate was all thin and brittle and didn't melt like it used to plus they made the Kit Kat chunky not chunky any more, it's tiny. I haven't touched either since they did this despite all their advertising about how much milk there is.

    [STRIKE] Benefit Dallas blush [/STRIKE]

    [STRIKE]Eyeshadow from Smashbox Full Exposure palette - S5. [/STRIKE]

    [STRIKE]Laura Geller Balance N Brighten[/STRIKE]

[STRIKE]Sephora by OPI JUST A Little Dangerous
    L'Occitane Amber and Santal fragrance
[/STRIKE]Laura Mercier Grey Pearl Caviar stick

So, I can't remember if I mentioned that the OPI Just a Little Dangerous was TA on Friday? I was getting very little product on the brush.

I have also now UUed the fragrance. It's ok in the Autumn/Winter as it was very musky. I prefer fragrance like this for the home rather than on me so won't try out the new Ambre one that replaces it. I have pulled out my LE Botanical No 9 to wear for the rest of the month as it's lighter and have only noticed today that I have only half a bottle left of this so maybe it can be finished this month?

As I've more or less finished the challenge and we have a good two months to go still I'm going to pull in some more products:-

Marc Jacobs mini lipstick in colour Jetaime (I think that's how you spell it). It's a lovely raspberry red colour and very wearable. Don't have much left so hopeful I can finish it for this challenge.

MAC Whenever you Call eyeshadow. I pulled this out to use in place of the Smashbox one that I panned. There's a dip in there. This colour looks like a dupe for UD Half Baked. Again, very wearable.

No 7 Translucent pressed powder. Can see the ring under the product so don't know how long it will be before I hit pan.

OPI Mini - at the moment I am using Time for a Napa. Just pulled it out randomly. Speaking of OPI (and not that I'm enabling), there is a TSV today and the pink colours are gorgeous. Emma is buying it for me for my birthday present.
