Hi All,
I am relatively late onto the Switching phenomenon, however I was wondering how much people on here have made throughout the years from bank switching?

Why are you asking? Historic information is not much use to those wanting to switch now as the number of offers / switching opportunities is much reduced now.0

It is enough to make me happy, but not as much as I'd have liked."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
I'd be interested to know too as I never understand these types of thread.
I always wonder if its a 'Keeping up with the Joneses' or some sort of financial research or just being nosey or just bored at work or something else.
Not a dig at the OP but am ironically being nosey why you're being nosey0 -
Great topic, not sure why so many have their knickers in a twist on this one.
It's £225 for me, very pleased with this.0 -
Couldn't say, I haven't kept a tally. Not sure it would you help much if I had.
But if you really want a figure I'd guess the total, over the last 5 years or so, is more than £1k, maybe over 2k if you add in referrals for other people's switches. Some people will have made much more. But that was back when there were lots of options - it's not so easy now.0 -

Have some folk been doing it for years? I thought it was a relatively recent phenomenon!

In the past it was possible to obtain multiple incentives from the same provider, but those days are long gone, and I agree with others. What has been achieved in the past is irrelevant to what is achievable now.
YorkshireBoy is probably one of the most prolific switch incentive gatherers. However, his total is entirely his business, it won't help anyone to know what that total is, and he'd have to kill you if he told you:D.0
