On Wednesday 14th February, you and a guest will get the Valentine’s Day evening of a lifetime, getting to see who wins as it happens, before a very special performance from this year’s Godlike Genius Award winner, the one and only Liam Gallagher.

    Republic Technologies (UK) Ltd – prize draw for two balcony tickets to the VO5 NME Awards Ceremony 2018.

    Full Terms and Conditions
    1. Promoter: Republic Technologies (UK) Ltd, Sword House, Totteridge Rd, High Wycombe, Bucks HP13 6DG.
    2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the running or marketing of the promotion.
    3. Entry Instructions: To enter, simply enter the required details, along with the correct answer to the question “Liam Gallagher and his brother Noel were members of which band?” before 09:00 on Wednesday 7th February 2018.
    4. Only one entry will be registered per person, irrespective of the number of times that the person enters the prize draw. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter more than once, or entering multiple times using the same email address will be disqualified from the Prize Draw.
    5. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Bulk entries, those submitted via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
    6. The prize is one pair of balcony tickets to the VO5 NME Awards Ceremony 2018 on 14th February 2018 at the O2 Academy Brixton, London.
    7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other prize alternative is available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the entrant responsible for the email account to which the winning entry was registered. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
    8. Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn at 10:00 on Wednesday 7th February. The Winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received for the Prize Draw.
    9. Winner Notification: The Winner will be notified (at the Promoter’s cost) by 12:00 midday on Wednesday 7th February via e-mail and will be required to respond via e-mail before 18:00 the same day confirming acceptance of the Prize and providing contact details including but not limited to: (i) Name, (ii) Guest’s name. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the Winner, or the Winner has not confirmed acceptance of the prize within set time frame, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their prize entitlement and offer it to an alternative winner selected at random from all remaining valid entries in the Prize Draw.
    10. The Winner and their guest must collect their prize in person from the Box Office at the O2 Academy Brixton on the day of the concert, providing valid photographic ID, at a time to be advised by the Promoter.
    11. The result of each Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the Winner.
    12. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.
    13. Personal details provided by the Winner will be retained and may be used for future competitions and marketing from the Promoter, unless the participant specifically requests otherwise.
    14. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/claims which fail to be registered in the Prize Draw or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.
    15. The Winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the Promotion with no recompense.
    16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details to ensure delivery of the Prize – and to refuse to award the prize and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has won using fraudulent means.
    17. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
    18. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    19. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
