Searching for Properties on Rightmove etc

What about properties that only feature on Zoopla or On The Market? I believe some agents only list through those and not Rightmove.
I'd be very interested in knowing how common that is. Right now I don't check anything other than Rightmove because I thought it covered all but the really obscure agents. Do you have actual examples of listings that are on Zoopla/On the Market but not on Rightmove?0 -

Yes, but the examples won't reflect the situation in your area.
I believe that it's impossible for a property to feature on all three with the same agent.
If you want to check out whether what I say is true, I suggest you look at the property advertised with:
JJ Morris
John Francis
Dai Lewis
Al of them are in West Wales, and to my knowledge none of them puts property on Rightmove.0
