Quite big effort required for this one as you need to attend the launch at one of 96 Volvo dealerships, but pretty good odds considering the prize & runner up prizes.

4. Promotion Period: 17.30 GMT - 19.30 GMT on Thursday 22nd February 2018.
5. To Enter: Participants must attend the Volvo XC40 launch event at a participating Volvo retailer within the
Promotion Period, and provide the host with a valid name, telephone number and e-mail address to be
entered into the Local Prize Draw and the Main Prize Draw. One entry per person.
6. Participants should ensure they consider maximum capacity limits for their chosen retailer when deciding
on an arrival time to give them the best opportunity to gain entry, and provide ample time for hosts to collect
their information before the closing time of the Promotional Period. If Participants do not complete their
registration within the Promotion Period, then they will not be entered into the prize draw.
7. Entry to attend a Volvo XC40 launch event is subject to capacity at each individual retailer which dictates
the number of prize draw tickets allocated to that retailer. Please see clause 24 for retailer capacity and Prize
Draw entry limits. If the maximum capacity has been reached and Participants cannot attend the launch event
or the prize draw ticket allocation for the retailer has been reached then they will not be entered into the
prize draw. Volvo advise early attendance to try and avoid disappointment of not being able to attend. Entry to
attend a Volvo XC40 launch event and participation in the relevant prize draws are on a “first come – first
serve” basis.
8. The Prizes:
a. One Local Prize Draw winner per retailer (96 in total) will each win one Harman Kardon
SoundSticks Wireless Speaker System.
b. One Main Prize winner will win a new Volvo XC40 R-Design. The winner will be able to choose the
colour of the car from the available options. Any additional extras will be at the cost of the winner.
The prize does not include accessories or road charges.
9. The winner of the Volvo XC40 must provide insurance details before taking delivery of the car. Delivery
details for the Volvo XC40 will be agreed with the winner at their local Volvo Cars retailer.
10. The winner of the Volvo XC40 is responsible for paying any taxes associated with the prize they receive.
11. Winner Selection:
a. The Local Prize Draw winners will be the first entries randomly selected by an independent
adjudicator from all valid entry forms for each participating retailer received by the closing
time in respect to this prize draw. The prize draw will take place on 22nd February 2018.
b. The Main Prize Draw winner will be the first entry randomly selected by an independent
adjudicator from all valid entry forms from all participating retailers received by the closing
time in respect to this prize draw. The prize draw will take place on 22nd February 2018
12. Winner Notification:
a. Local Prize Draw winners will be notified by email/phone within 5 working days of the
draw and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize
within 14 Days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to
communications within the 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to
disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternative winner selected in the same
manner.
b. Main Prize Draw winner will be notified by email and via the Volvo retailer by the end of
the launch event on 22nd February 2018. In the event that there is any error with the
technology performing the winner selection during the launch event, then the winner will
be notified by email within 2 working days of the 22nd February 2018.
