PPI on a mortgage

Im back again on this thread as we've actually checked the mortgage paperwork and it actually says 'Sum Insured' when listing the amount left on the mortgage and also 'Premium (including insurance premium) = so there is something on the account?

How do we word a phone call enquiring about this?
