Just had an email from these to say they're a new survey site, and will be paying 50p a survey. Anyone come across them before?
This is their site. http://www.opinium.co.uk/
I wasn't sure on the best way to check how legit they are - any opinions?
Hiya, yeah i've been using them for about 8-9 months and only have about £5.00 so far. you can only have the money once you have earnt £15 so probably not worth it unless you want a long wait.:(Aim: To be mortgage free by age 40!

I've completed two surveys already and I only joined the other day. So I'm optimistic. To see a world in a grain of sand,

You got that much?!
I have been keeping tabs on them, I have a total of £1.90 and seem to get 10p per MONTH whilst logging onto the site...responding to every survey....
Maybe they are trying to tell me something- they are actually paying less then Ciao and ToLuna!!0 -
After approximately 3 months Opinium have finally paid me the £20, but they did not respond to any of my emails or offer any kind of explanation or apology, so not exactly a positive experience!0

Hi,
I have been doing opinium surveys for about 7 weeks. After the first 4 weeks I got an email saying I had won £100 in their monthly draw. I thought it was a scam but it was true, and I hve £100 safely tucked away for a rainy day. The 50p's do mount up slowly though.:D0 -

How did you manage that? It took two months for them to send me a cheque for £25 which they hadn't bothered to sign. Eventually they asked me to return the cheque so someone would sign it. It's been three weeks and they don't appear to have done anything and have failed to respond to any of my emails asking what's going on.
I'm getting really fed up with them0 -
Finally got everything sorted. Took several emails and lots of persistance, but I finally got my cheque for £25, signed and dated. :j0

I think theyre good, its the only regular survey site i use now, been doing it 6 weeks and have £4.50 in the account already, they even send you a reminder to fill in the surveys so you can miss out. I get 1-2 surverys per week on average and its good because if your not eligble for the survey you still get the 50p.
Only time will tell if the surveys keep rolling in and they pay efficiently but n the end it is free money and takes 5minutes of your time (or 5 minutes less time wasted on facebook for me lol).2008 Competition Wins: £200 Cash (Boffer's Youtube Bag O' Crap Video Competition 2)
2009 Competition Wins: Monopoly Deal Card Game, Wild Bean Cafe Coffee Hamper, 2 Mars Bounce Football's, a £10 Magnum® Pleasure Card
2010 Competition Wins: Lucozade 8Gb iPhone 3GS........hopefully more soon0 -

Can I ask how you get the surveys? I hadn't had any until last week....thats right, none- I think my points are as a result of signing up.
I emailed the site and have not had anything back, checked my junk/spam and logged back into the site to see if there was a message there...nothing! then I got one last week, didn't get through screening. Not sure why but I just rarely ever get surveys from them.0 -
I recieve them through email, i completed the profile on thier website if that makes a difference? Maybe they send them out randomly? Or maybe older (as in length signed up) members get preference but saying that ive only been signed up 6 weeks?2008 Competition Wins: £200 Cash (Boffer's Youtube Bag O' Crap Video Competition 2)
