Cooperative bank charges

Hi everyone
I have recently sent a complaint to the cooperative bank regarding a loan and packaged bank account charges. I was basically told that at 18 with no credit history I wouldn't get either a loan or ooverdraft.So far I have received a letter for overdraft protection insurance offering £650 and one for the loan offering £950. Both stated there had been failings in the sale of the PPI. I was just wondering if anyone has had success in reclaiming the packaged bank account charges as this is the only one I am now waiting on?
