Much of the same advice: you don't have to sign a new TA unless you & LL want to, the existing one is still in force and will remain so. I would however contact the LL and suggest they write a letter to you to
* amend the 'address for serving notices'
* amend instructions for where to pay rent0 -
Our deposit is protected by MyDeposits. Though we have received a letter saying this will cease to be the case from the 29th of Febuary, due to the Letting agent cancelling their membership. Its my understanding the LL should be re-protecting our deposit either under their name with My Deposits or a different deposit scheme?
