Environmental search issues

Hi,
I've just had an environmental search done as part of the standard solicitor searches and I'm concerned about what it's turned up (though it lacks detail - suggests I can pay for other surveys to be done to clarify issues). I have little knowledge of the issues so was hoping someone might be familiar with some or all of the issues to advise whether it's worth spending money to get more information, or whether to cut my losses please?
So, the risk summary came back as no risk of radon identified and passed for contaminated land (although designated contaminated land and landfill and waste within 250-500m, and a sewerage works 332m away. Also a lot of 'potentially infilled land [water]' within very close proximity to the house).
Everything else had a risk identified:
Risk of river flooding, surface water and historical flood events within 25-250m
- the map shows flood risk and historical flooding nearby within 250m, and surface water flooding (1 in 75 year return) surrounding the property, but not actually on it. But then the risk of flooding from rivers and seas says no risk found, and groundwater flooding was negligible
Existing or proposed solar farms within 2k - I've looked and this does seem nowhere near my property
Natural Ground instability - moderate risk (this is one of my big concerns) - the report said "This does not necessarily mean there is cause for concern in terms of the property's stability. Active subsidence will be dependent on local conditions, such as the proximity of trees or areas where trees have been removed, which require an inspection of the site to identify the nature of the ground on which the property is built. A house buyers survey is advised to look for signs of property damage that may indicate poor natural ground conditions."
Overhead Power Lines (and pylons) within 250m of the property
I see this as a stepping stone house - it's not my forever home. As such, I need to think not just about my own time in the property, but also my ability to sell a few years down the line.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
