    Unfortunatly they havent got it on there. Spiced squirrel popcorn?:confused:

    there was a guy on the one show saying we should get rid of the grey squirrel by eating them as they're wiping out our native red squirrel. He seemed quite keen on the old squirrel stew.

    according to HFW you can use them in any game paté or game casserole. young ones can be used in any good chicken or rabbit recipe, and older ones do better in slow cooking and can be used instead of pheasant or partridge.

    i have no experience of this myself as we have no grey squirrels where we live.
