Welcome Black Sleep! :wave: I've always thought that a small drink every day probably does no harm at all, be it a glass of wine or a nip of whisky; whatever takes your fancy.

For those of us who don't seem to be able to stop at one and have spent years trying, 'None' seems to work better for me.

Well not had a successful March in terms of AFDs but need to start again. On holiday at the moment and actually although having a drink most days actually it has been a drink and not most of a bottle of wine.
